Sourdough French Toast
Makes 4 slices | Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 15 min

What you'll need:
- 4 Slices of Sourdough Bread (San Luis Sourdough)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Milk (dairy or non dairy)
- Splash of Vanilla
- 1 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
- Powered Sugar and Syrup

The Steps:
In a dish, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Take a slice of sourdough and dip it into the egg wash mixture flipping over so both sides are coated. Place the slice into a non stick frying pan on medium heat. Allow the bread to cook for about 2-3 min or until golden brown. Once golden brown flip and cook for another 2-3 min or until golden brown.

When your toast is done transfer to plate and serve warm with syrup and powdered sugar. Enjoy!

Notes:
We love to top our Sourdough French Toast with fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, and bananas).

If you making this for more than two people, simply double the recipe up to how many people you have (2 slices per person).
